Xkvate Construction specializes in Large Scale Rock Landscaping, Blasting, Tertiary and Standard Septics - both road access and water access, and Road Building. We also do Reduced Impact Dock Systems, ICF Foundations and Modular Home Installation (using our barge).

We are a family business located in Parry Sound, Ontario and provide services to both the Parry Sound and Muskoka areas.

Xkvate Construction is owned and operated by Andy, Sherry and Mark Stivrins and has been in business since 1999.

We have several operators that have have over 30 years experience in the field of road, septic and landscape construction. We also have 3 licensed septic installers on staff.
